A police officer was shot and injured with a firearm by a 42-year-old man after he pursued the perpetrator under the suspicion of carrying a firearm. The victim received medical treatment. The perpetrator fled the scene and the police are working locating him. The perpetrator was arrested and a pistol was found and seized.
