A 37-year-old man was shot and killed with a pistol by a 23-year-old man following a dispute in the victim's cafe/restaurant. The perpetrator fled the scene but was arrested. It was reported that both the perpetrator and the victim were known to the police. The case is under investigation, as the police suspect that another person ordered the murder, while the 23-year-old man executed it.
