A man was arrested for discharging his firearm in a bar under unclear circumstances. A pistol and 4 cartridges were found during the search of the perpetrator, and a shell casing and 3 cartridges were found at the scene. The perpetrator was released, and the case will be processed in line with the regular procedure.
