A 30-year-old man, acting in self-defence, discharged a warning shot from a pistol in the direction of one of two men who attacked him following a dispute. A pistol cal. 9 mm with a magazine and four bullets were found and seized during a raid of a fitness centre, while a PVC box for a pistol, an empty magazine and cleaning accessories were found during a raid of the 30-year-old man's home.
