During a conflict over noise on the street, a 45-year-old man discharged a firearm into the air after another person grabbed his hand in an attempt to stop him. A 37-year-old man who was near the scene was lightly injured. Police identified the perpetrator and declared him wanted, and continue working to locate and arrest him.
