A police officer discharged his firearm at a dog that was off-leash, aggressive, and lunging at people. Prior to the intervention, the dog had already attacked and bitten two individuals. The dog was later found and was taken into custody by animal control services (ZOO hygiene). Authorities are continuing to take appropriate measures in response to the incident.
