A 28-year-old man was arrested as a suspect in the attempt of murder when he and two other individuals, who are being sought, blocked the road of a vehicle and then fired shots at the vehicle occupied by a 20-year-old. The suspects are believed to have pulled the man from the car, beat him, and stolen his wallet. The victim managed to escape by fleeing on foot across the nearby river. Further investigation is ongoing.
