Responding to a reported case of celebratory shooting during a family gathering, the police arrived at the scene and arrested a 24-year-old man for firing from a semi-automatic rifle in from of a family house of a 43-year-old man. Also present was a 23-year-old man who was holding an explosive device in his hand threatening to detonate it. The police officers temporarily confiscated a semi-automatic rifle, a certain amount of ammunition, and a hand grenade, all in illegal possession of the 43-year-old house owner. The perpetrators were arrested.
