A 40-year-old woman was shot and injured by her 41-year-old husband with his handgun in legal possession during a dispute. The perpetrator, who was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident, was arrested at a border checkpoint while attempting to flee the country. The handgun was seized for further investigation.
