A 53-year old man was arrested for the possession of explosive devices after he shot a dog from a pistol. 2.5 kg of plastic explosive, 18 detonator primers, two detonator fuses, anti-personnel mine fuse, and detonator fuses for anti-personnel mine were seized in a Police raid.
