A policeman was threatened by a 34-year-old driver with a legally owned Baikal 442 pistol, after refusing to follow orders when stopped by the police. The policeman shot warning shots in the tires of the perpetrator's car. No injuries were reported. The perpetrator was arrested.  According to the media, the perpetrator allegedly had previously committed a car accident and left the crime scene.
