The police received a report that the window of a person's house was damaged and that before the damage occurred, the person heard two gunshots. The police officers found and arrested the perpetrator and seized a hunting rifle with a smooth-bore barrel and two pistols with four magazines and ammunition. It was established that the perpetrator was under the influence of alcohol.
