Law enforcement authorities carried out 78 searches in several localities across Moldova. The actions were conducted within the framework of a criminal case initiated on charges of electoral bribery, illegal financing of political parties, and money laundering. Members of the group transferred, converted, liquidated, and distributed funds of dubious origin, obtained through the “PSB” mobile application of the Russian bank. During the searches, several illegally held firearms, as well as mobile phones, laptops, banking documents, “pyypl” cards, records, and other relevant items demonstrating the group’s criminal activity were seized.
