After a physical fight involving three men, two of them fired a firearm at the scene and grazed a passer-by, who was then taken to hospital for medical treatment. Police found one shell casing at the scene, and during a search of the suspects' house, they found and seized a firearm, a shell casing and a magazine. Both men were arrested; one was detained for 48 hours, and the other was released under regular procedure.
