Two men, aged 41 and 44, were arrested after being found firing rifles in a residential area and killing birds, thereby creating a public safety risk. Police seized two rifles suspected to have been used in the incident. Criminal charges were filed for animal cruelty and endangerment, and the case was forwarded to the competent prosecutor’s office for further proceedings.
