A 29-year-old taxi driver was shot in the head and injured with a flare pistol by an intoxicated 30-year-old man. The perpetrator shot the driver and disappeared from the scene. The police detained him soon after, and a criminal case has been initiated. A shell casing  for flare guns was recovered from the scene of the incident and was sent for forensic examination. The 29-year-old victim is in the hospital.
