Following a court trial over a domestic violence case, a 58-year-old man, a former police officer,  shot with a Kalashnikov and killed his 54-year-old wife and injured her lawyer. A bystander was also shot and injured in the shooting. The two victims received medical treatment. The firearm and a knife were found and seized.
