A man was assaulted by his brother after a verbal argument outside their family home. In front of his minor children, the suspect struck his brother and then pointed a loaded pistol at his head, threatening to kill him. Police seized a gas pistol “CL 9mm PAK” and an air rifle with an optical sight from the suspect. The suspect, previously convicted for violent offences, was arrested and faces charges of domestic violence and illegal possession of weapons, with prosecutors requesting one month of detention.
