A 59-year-old man was shot in the back by a 63-year-old man who shot one warning shot into the air while following the victim out of his yard during the night. The second shot caused a back injury to the victim. The perpetrator voluntarily submitted his legally owned IJ58 rifle and 12 cartridges (12mm calibre) to the police for investigation.
