A 25-year-old man unlawfully handed over an explosive device to a 21-year-old man, who later accidentally activated it inside an apartment, and died in the explosion. Following the incident, police identified and arrested the suspect, believed to have been in possession of the device prior to the explosion. The perpetrator was taken into custody on suspicion of illegal possession and distribution of explosives and will be brought before the competent prosecutor. It is suspected that the explosive was meant to be used for illegal purposes, most probably for assassination.
