A 42-year-old man was suspected of endangering safety after he was reported by another man, aged 56, to have placed a cartridge from a gas pistol while they were both in a restaurant, telling him he would never return the money he owned him and then threatened him and his family over the phone several days later. The investigation is ongoing.
