A 40-year-old man fired a projectile from a hand-held rocket launcher at a house under construction and fled, causing material damage and no injuries. Police arrested him shortly afterwards on suspicion of illegal weapons offences and causing general danger. An unexploded hand grenade was also found at the scene.
