A 54-year-old man fired shots with a firearm in a yard and then activated an explosive device in front of the door. A 46-year-old woman suffered injuries from the explosion, and a 45-year-old man who was in the house did not sustain any injuries. The motive for the incident is unknown. The police arrested the perpetrator.
