A man and his wife were shot and injured with a firearm during a dispute with their 56-year-old neighbour. The victims received medical treatment. The perpetrator turned himself in to the police, stating that his intention was to kill the neighbours' dog because it was bothering him. The pistol and money were found and seized by the police.
