A 21-year-old woman was shot and killed, and her 15-year-old brother was injured with a pistol by her ex-husband, aged 29, at a social welfare office. The injured victim received medical treatment. The perpetrator fled the scene and was later arrested by the police. The firearm was seized as evidence.
