The police officers controlled two individuals, foreign citizens, and during the search, they found a small plastic package containing a substance suspected to be marijuana. In connection with this, a misdemeanour charge will be filed against one of them. Due to further investigation, two perpetrators were arrested on suspicion of committing the criminal offence of kidnapping. It is believed that they used physical force, along with threats of both cold and firearms, to unlawfully detain five victims for three days. During this time, they demanded money from the victims. After extorting the requested money, the perpetrators forced the victims to illegally cross the Montenegro border.
