A 38-year-old man was shot and killed with a pistol by another man due to unresolved issues. Prior to that, the victim had sped in his car towards the perpetrator, then got out of the car and shot at him with a pistol several times. During the fight, the 38-year-old man dropped the pistol; the other man picked it up, shot and killed him. The perpetrator was arrested and sentenced to prison.
