A 71-year-old man, reported for domestic violence by his ex-wife, opened fire at the police officers who arrived at the scene and injured two passers-by, aged 21 and 22.  After five hours of resistance, the police shot and killed the perpetrator and seized a Kalashnikov, ammunition, and explosives in the home raid. The police reported that the perpetrator placed explosives around the house to prevent police intervention.
