A prompt police intervention prevented an escalation of a domestic violence incident when a 46-year-old man physically assaulted his wife and threatened to kill both her and their 17-year-old son using a double-barreled shotgun. The suspect was arrested in the act, and the firearm was seized by the police. The case materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office for further legal proceedings.
