Following a dispute in the street, a person was threatened with a pistol by a man, after which he put the pistol back in his pocket and left the scene. The police arrested the man for causing danger and illegal possession of firearms.  During the search of his apartment, the "Pietro Beretta" pistol, cal. 6.35 mm, as well as a certain amount of ammunition for the pistol, were found and seized. The police also found and seized an air rifle, a hunting rifle, and 207 pieces of ammunition of different types and calibers.
