A 35-year-old man was arrested following a violent incident in which he threatened several neighbours with axes and sexually harassed a woman. Upon police arrival, he resisted arrest and physically assaulted at least two police officers, attempting to seize a service pistol from one of them. The suspect was eventually overpowered and detained.
