A 31-year-old man was shot and injured when a 31-year-old perpetrator shot at him with a pistol. The victim was injured and transferred to the hospital. The perpetrator is arrested and accused of the criminal offence of attempted aggravated murder, as well as unauthorised production, possession, carrying, and trafficking of weapons and explosive materials.
