Two men, aged 56 and 20, were shot and injured by two men, aged 23 and 31, from a moving vehicle. The victims were transported to a hospital, where the 56-year-old man died from the injuries. Police have arrested and charged the 31-year-old suspect, while the 23-year-old remains on the run.
