Following a dispute, a 49-year-old man pointed a pistol towards two persons, pressing the trigger several times. The pistol did not discharge. The police arrested the man and seized a ''Beretta'' pistol in illegal possession, cal. 7.65mm, with a magazine and seven pieces of ammunition, and one piece of ammunition in the barrel.
