A 44-year-old man was arrested for illegal possession of two tritol packs and two detonators. The man called the police after he had planted the explosive devices in the front yard of a 46-year-old man's house to frame him as the owner of the items. However, during investigations, the police were able to conclude that the 44-year-old was the owner of the explosive devices.
