During a dispute among wedding guests, a 38-year-old restaurant owner was threatened with a firearm by one of the guests. Later, in an attempt to stop the dispute, the restaurant owner fired four shots into the air, followed by two more with his legally owned Baikal handgun. The police detained the restaurant owner for further investigation.
