Illegal pyrotechnic devices were seized after police identified unlawful sales in a retail shop, in violation of regulations governing the trade of explosive materials and flammable substances. Nine packages of various types of firecrackers were seized from the shop owner. A request will be submitted to the competent court to initiate misdemeanour proceedings.
