Two masked men armed with a pistol entered a car-repair shop, tied the 40-year-old owner’s hands and feet, beat him and placed a bag over his head until he revealed where the cash was kept. They also struck a 38-year-old man, an employee, before fleeing with the stolen money. Police investigation ongoing.
