A 11-year-old boy and a 21-year-old man were shot and injured with a firearm by a 33-year-old man following a verbal dispute related to a road blocking. The victims received medical treatment. The perpetrator discharged his firearm five times into the air before shooting the victims twice. The perpetrator was arrested and a Mossberg pistol was seized from him.
