A 23-year-old man discharged a pistol in illegal possession while driving. After the incident, he abandoned his vehicle and discarded the firearm. Following a pursuit, the police located and arrested the perpetrator and found the discarded firearm. In addition, the police found and seized suspected narcotics and ammunition, in his house.
