A 38-year-old man, an off-duty police officer, was shot and injured with a firearm in a flat by a 29-year-old man, who fled the scene after the incident. The incident happened in the perpetrator's apartment, where the victim and the perpetrator were drinking, and a dispute escalated in the firearm use. According to the media, the perpetrator's pistol was found and seized. Further investigation is ongoing.
