A 45-year-old gendarme fired his service pistol at a door during an argument with his 37-year-old wife. Afterwards, the wife took the pistol from him, and while leaving the house, the pistol accidentally discharged, injuring her. The perpetrator was under the influence of alcohol. The Basic Public Prosecutor's Office proposed a one-month detention for the perpetrator.
