A 14-year-old boy accidentally activated an explosive device, which he found in a bag in the family's yard. He, along with his 4-year-old sister and 38-year-old mother suffered injuries. The police reported that the boy's father, a 39-year-old man, collects secondary raw materials and that he was given the bag with explosives by another man, who the police found and arrested. In addition, the police found and seized an explosive primer and drugs in the perpetrator's home.
