A 31-year-old man was threatened with a Baikal 442 pistol (9mm caliber) by a 37-year-old man under the heavy influence of alcohol. The latter unlawfully entered the yard of the victim's parents. The perpetrator was later arrested by the police, who also found that the gun was stolen in 2005.
