During a police search of a 67-year-old man, a magazine with seven bullets was found and seized, while nearby on the ground a pistol, with an obliterated serial number, along with a bullet in the barrel and another magazine and two bullets, was also found and seized. The firearm and ammunition were in illegal possession.
