A security guard at a slot machine club sustained serious injuries after being assaulted during an attempted armed robbery in which two masked perpetrators, one armed with an automatic rifle and the other with a metal rod, entered the premises and demanded money. After being told the money was inaccessible, the guard was attacked with a metal rod. The perpetrators fled, and the victim was hospitalised with serious injuries. An investigation is ongoing to identify the suspects.
