A 27-year-old man was shot four times and injured by a 53-year-old man with his legally owned Baikal-442 handgun, following a dispute between a group of men in the victim's car service shop. The perpetrator intended to threaten the victim by informing him that his brother was refusing to pay for a recent car repair. The perpetrator was arrested.
