A 23-year-old man was arrested for pointing a pistol toward a man, who grabbed his hand and turned the firearm towards a car in which the victim's brother-in-law was sitting. The perpetrator discharged the firearm, causing damage to the car. no injuries were reported. The victim said that this is the second time that the same perpetrator tried to kill him.
