Responding to a reported public dispute, the police arrived at the scene, heard a shot and saw a 40-year-old man holding an automatic rifle pointed at the ground.  The man started running away, disposing of the automatic rifle. The police seized the automatic rifle and found a cal. 7.62mm shell. The man was located and arrested. No injuries were reported.
