A 31-year-old man was shot and killed with a pistol by a 23-year-old man. Both the perpetrator and the victim are known to the police. During the search of the crime scene, the police found and seized the pistol that had been discarded by the perpetrator, as well as a shell casing. The police arrested the perpetrator and a 31-year-old man for not reporting the criminal offence to the police.
